In 2012, Barbara & Julie Lovens and Amos Kipeen met for the first time on safari in Kenya. What started with a great friendship between two families steady became a vision and a dream, the one to own and run a small bush camp one day. In 2021, almost ten years later, the first tents were pitched and it’s on January 26th 2023 that Olimba Mara Camp officially celebrated its opening.
